Clinical History
- Healthy, 7 year old white male
- CC: Red bump on gums. Present for about one week. Noted by parent on brushing of area.
- Clinical exam 5 x 6 cm exophytic, red mass on gingiva of #14 with ulcerated surface
- 15mm pockets on M & D
Differential Diagnosis
- Pyogenic granuloma (Clinicians Diff DX based on gingival presentation)
- Central giant cell granuloma
- Juvenile ossifying fibroma
- Langerhans Cell Disease
- Metastatic Tumor
- Squamous Cell Ca
- Osteosarcoma
